Meet Dr. Little, PT, DPT

Founder

Dr. Brandt Little is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of Renegade Performance Therapy. He specializes in working with patients of all ages, endurance athletes, weightlifters, and golfers who have goals to return to the sports and activities they love pain free.

Dr. Little’s passion for helping people move, perform, and feel their best began long before physical therapy school. During his time at Florida State University, he developed a deep interest in personal training and fitness, spending countless hours learning how movement, strength, and proper training could transform both performance and quality of life. What started as a love for fitness quickly grew into a calling to help others recover from injuries, overcome limitations, and return to doing what they love most.

That passion ultimately led Dr. Little to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Charleston Southern University, where he expanded his knowledge of human movement, rehabilitation, and performance-based care. Throughout his education, clinical training, and work experience, Brandt combined the mindset of a trainer with the clinical expertise of a physical therapist - creating a research backed treatment approached focused not just on relieving pain, but on building long-term strength, resilience, and confidence.

Today, Dr. Little brings that same energy and dedication into every patient interaction through Renegade Performance Therapy. He believes rehabilitation should be active, individualized, and empowering. Whether helping athletes return to sport, guiding active adults back to the gym, or supporting patients through everyday movement challenges, Brandt’s mission is simple: help people move better, perform, better, and live without limitation.

In his free time, Dr. Little enjoys spending time in the gym, on the baseball field, and on the golf course. He is excited to bring his expertise to those in the Raleigh area!
